Bradgate Caravan Site Rules
Tim and Linda Jee welcome you to Bradgate Caravan Site.
We seek your co-operation with the following Caravan Club rules to ensure that your stay, and the stay of other guests is enjoyable and the site remains a peaceful and pleasant place in which to spend your holiday.
If you or members of your group breach any of the rules, you may be requested to leave the site immediately, without a refund. If you are experiencing a problem with excessive noise from another guest, please advise us immediately.
Bradgate Caravan Site Information
Check in time 2pm – 8pm or by special arrangement.
Check out time – 12 noon (an extended stay can often be arranged, please check).
The only access to Horseshoe Cottage Farm is via the road, exit the site at the main gates, cross the road and turn right, past the car park entrance and continue until you see the swinging sign for Horseshoe Cottage Farm on the right. Press the buzzer under the archway.
Full payment for the time booked is payable upon your arrival by BACS or cash. No cheques please.
Cancellation policy: Deposits in "excess of 1st nights fee" for bookings cancelled less than three weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the pitch can be re-let.
Only one car to be parked by the caravan extra/guests cars please park in the winter parking area.
Please drive at walking pace and be careful of children at play.
Please use the facilities provided. Use the drain under the tap in the sluice area for grey water, NOT the chemical disposal tank.
Parents have the sole responsibility of supervising their children at all times to ensure their safety whilst on site. The site owners can not be held liable for any injuries received during the stay.
To ensure everyone has a great holiday, we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times to other guests. A reasonable standard of dress and behaviour is requested at all times and other site guests should not be disturbed in any way.
A non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. BACS or cheques cleared one week before arrival welcome. At busy times this deposit could be 50% of the amount owed. For Bank Holidays, 3 nights booking will be paid for upfront.
Owners have the responsibility of supervising their dogs at all times to ensure the safety of others whilst on site and dogs must be kept on a secure lead no more than 3 metres long at all times.
We know accidents can not always be avoided, but in the event of fouling on your pitch please clean up quickly and use the dog bin provided. All fouling, anywhere on site, MUST be cleared away by the dog owner.
Fires and Barbecues:
Open fires are prohibited anywhere on site. Barbecues are permitted, but please make sure you keep smoke and fumes under control so you do not annoy your neighbours and they must be raised/on bricks & away from grass, trees & combustible materials.
The outer gates will be open on arrival. The inner gates should be kept locked for the safety of children and the security of campers. The outer gates may be shut at night.
Use the drain under the tap in the sluice area or the Grey Water disposal drain marked by the post in the field near the trees, not the chemical disposal tank.
Please think of others and keep musical instruments, radios, televisions and so on, at a considerate noise level. Generators are not allowed. This is a quiet site after 10pm.
No refunds for early departures.
PLEASE RECYCLE - Recycle Bins near the entrance, all clearly marked.
Are your responsibility and must depart quietly so as not to disturb other guests.
Washing: Please do not hang your washing out in view of the site.
