HORSESHOE COTTAGE FARM
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guests may check in after 15.00 but, no later than 21.00 on arrival date.
If you need to arrive earlier for an event, this can usually be pre-arranged.
When departing, guests are asked to vacate the Cottage by 11am.

Car parking is within a secure, secluded courtyard, unseen from the road, with ample space for trailers. Access is controlled by electric gates. On arrival, please use the intercom to gain access or the code will have been sent beforehand. We also welcome guests with electric vehicles. We can provide an electric proprietary charging station charged at the current tariff.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
There is a non refundable deposit of the first nights stay. We only accept payment via BACS.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Horseshoe Cottage Farm is a non-smoking establishment.
Damage to fixtures, fittings and furniture may be charged to a guest’s bill at the owner’s discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. Your deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your stay with us, we reserve the right to make an additional charge to your deposit (see below). If we are unable to re-let the Cottage we reserve the right to charge for any financial losses we incur. We therefore advise you to take out insurance cover against cancellation or curtailment.

28 days = 30% of total charge
13 days = 60%
Up to 48 hours = 80%
No notice of cancellation will incur full amount.
