Welcome to Bradgate Caravan Site
Surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Charnwood Forest and close to the new National Forest Way, Bradgate Caravan Site has:
Easy access, good TV reception, good WiFi Broadband access, great walks direct from the site.
Did we mention - it is located in the beautiful countryside?
The entrance to Bradgate Park, the home of Lady Jane Grey, the nine day Queen is just across from the site and a network of footpaths can be accessed without having to step foot on a road.
There are many local attractions and things to do in the area. Maps and local information can be found in a cabin on site, which also provides a drying area for wet coats and boots.
There are five hard standings all with electric hook ups. We have four water points.
Chemical waste and grey water disposal on site.
We encourage recycling and there are separate bins provided for this purpose.
Well behaved children and dogs are welcome.
Three pubs are within easy walking distance of about one mile but there are others a short car ride away and if the weather is inclement, or a 3 mile walk for the more energentic guest. Maps and tourist information are available.

The award winning self contained B&B, Horseshoe Cottage Farm, is within two hundred yards of the site, convenient for family and friends to stay in the event of a get together.

Check-in outside of these times may be possible but by prior arrangement.
Check out time – 12 noon (an extended stay can sometimes be arranged, please check).

From £30.00 per night.
Electric hookup, WiFi, awning and small pup tent for children inclusive.
A surcharge of £3 per night will apply for additional people 18 years and over

Cancellation policy:
Deposits in "excess of 1st nights fee" for bookings cancelled less than three weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the pitch can be re-let.
Deposit
A non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
BACS or cheques cleared one week before arrival welcome.
At busy times this deposit could be 50% of the amount owed.
For Bank Holidays, 3 nights booking will be paid for upfront.
How to find Bradgate Caravan Site
From the South
on the M1, Junction 21A
Continue on the A46 for three junctions exiting at Anstey, Beaumont Leys. Take the first exit towards Anstey, at the roundabout, take the last exit to Cropston. At the crossroads, go straight on. Past the resevoir on your left. Just past the beginning of the yellow lines and at the 50mph sign, turn right into the site through the double gates. The code to the inner gate will be given to you upon arrival.
From the North
on the M1, Junction 22
Take the A50 towards Leicester and at the roundabout with the A46 take the first exit. Stay in the lefthand lane which takes you off at the Anstey/Beaumont Leys junction.
Take the first exit towards Anstey, at the roundabout, take the last exit to Cropston. At the crossroads, go straight on. Past the reservoir on your left and round the corner, over the brow of the hill. Just past the beginning of the double yellow lines and at the 50mph sign, turn right into the site through the double gates. The code to the inner gate will be given to you upon arrival.
From the M1
from Junction 23
long outfits note; hard left turn onto the site
Take the A512 towards Ashby, at the traffic lights turn left towards Cropston.
Go over the staggered crossroads and take the third turning left onto Joe Moores Lane, past the Golf course, over the cross roads now Roecliffe Road.
Continue past the houses, woods on the left, Victorian pumping station on the right, down the hill, past the house and barns on the left and round the corner with Bradgate Park carpark on your right.
50 yards further on, on the left and by the big oak tree and any speed sign, hard turn left into the site through the double gates. The code to the inner gate will be given to you upon arrival.

Please drive close to the inner gate as you arrive so your caravan will clear the road. This gate is kept locked and opens into the field. You will be given the entry code upon arrival.
