Long-Term Stays & Regular Guests
Our property offers accommodation for extended stays, returning guests and corporate clients.
Long term bookings of 7 nights or more can be arranged subject to availability. Corporate rates and structured booking arrangements may be available for approved business clients. Companies or individuals seeking ongoing accommodation are requested to contact us directly to confirm availability, terms and pricing prior to booking.
All extended and corporate stays are subject to agreed terms and written confirmation.
WE WELCOME FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS TOO
We welcome four-legged friends to join you at the cottage for a charge of £10.00 per dog, per night up to a maximum of two medium sized dogs.
We would prefer that dogs aren't allowed on the furniture, however you are welcome to lay a covering on the sofas which we will provide.
If you're planning to bring your pet, please let us know upon booking.
WOOD-FIRED
HOT TUB, PIZZA OVEN & CHARCOAL BBQ
Make your getaway all the more special with the use of our wood-fired hot tub.
We'll supply a starter supply of wood with more available to be purchased. What's more, you're welcome to use our Ooni pizza oven to cook up a treat. We'll ensure there's enough wood supplied for up to 6 pizzas to be cooked.
For those looking to BBQ, you're welcome to bring along your own charcoal. We kindly ask that you leave it clean upon departure.
SELF-CATERING RATES
All rooms are of the highest standard with luxury en-suite facilities, ready to welcome you and your family or friends for a stay in the Leicestershire countryside.
Prices include exclusive use of our Cottage with all three bedrooms, the wood-fired hot tub, and a welcome hamper.
£350.00 per night (minimum two nights).
