Arrival & Departure Times

Guests may check in after 16.00 but, no later than 21.00 on arrival date.

If you need to arrive earlier for an event, this can usually be pre-arranged.

When departing, guests are asked to vacate the Cottage by 11am.

There is a non refundable deposit of the first nights stay

We prefer payment by BACS but also accept:

Cash (£ sterling ) or Cheque

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the house other than guide dogs.

Horseshoe Cottage Farm is a non-smoking establishment.

Damage to fixtures, fittings and furniture may be charged to a guest’s bill at the owner’s discretion.

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract.

In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your stay with us, we reserve the right to make a charge (see below).

If we are unable to re-let the Cottage we reserve the right to charge for any financial losses we incur.

We therefore advise you to take out insurance cover against cancellation or curtailment.

28 days = 30% of total charge

13 days = 60%

Up to 48 hours = 80%

No notice of cancellation will incur full amount.
